Just out of curiosity...

how many hours do you sleep at work/school days and how many at weekends/holidays?

i get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night in school days and 10-12 hours at weekends (and yet i still feel sleepy and tired when i wake up).

anyone else got some sleeping probs?

Im about the same as you. Sleep deprivation is a big problem.
